For years, our Fixed Assets Manager (FAM) product has been serving the needs of large corporations. Today, through a strategic alliance with SAP, small and medium-sized businesses can take advantage of Fortune-500 functionality at a cost-effective price.
On this Fixed Assets Manager for SAP Business One demonstration we will show you the asset life cycle within the two programs. In simplified terms, we will show you how to identify and create fixed assets within SAP Business One. Then, when the assets are ready to be placed in service, we will demonstrate mapping them to the appropriate general ledger accounts in SAP Business One and importing them into into FAM. Depreciation calculations and the financial period information will then be calculated within FAM and pushed back up into Business One. This information will be used to create the journal voucher which is then posted to the SAP Business One financials.
