The tax management reports support monitoring of the Like Kind Exchange program from a tax perspective throughout the course of the year. They may be produced as necessary to meet business needs; usually monthly or quarterly.

Tax Filing Reports

The tax filing reports support the annual income tax filing. They are produced once a year and include tax management information for the entire year as well as Form 8824 information.

LKEM System Management Reports

The system management reports help monitor the condition of the Like Kind Exchange database, data loading and asset matching. They are produced each time data is loaded into the database.
