Extensive Range of Capabilities
WorldPro™ is designed to meet the many varying needs of our international Human Capital clients. In order to accomplish
this design, the product is configurable based on each client's requirements. An extensive range of capabilities are
available with the program, yet clients may select which functions and features they use and how they are implemented.
WorldPro™ has three progressive levels of functionality, referred to as "Tiers.” The Tiers provide clients who may need fewer functions in WorldPro™ to enhance their IHR management strategically. The tiers can also be used as an incremental acquisition approach for clients whose annual budgets rule out committing to the total WorldPro™ solution within the same year. Additionally, an IHR software implementation may be more balanced and manageable when it is phased in over several stages.
