Red Moon Solutions LLC Announces Acquisition

Red Moon Solutions LLC, a premier provider of specialty software solutions, recently announced that it assumed responsibility for product maintenance, customer support, renewal and billing for three of Vertex Inc.’s products. These products include Fixed Assets Manager (FAM), Like-Kind Exchange Matching (LKEM), and WorldPro, a solution that assists human resources personnel manage international work assignments.
