Robert Lund, System Architect

Robert is our Technical Lead Programmer for the LKEM and FAM programs. The team building and goal oriented sense of mission accomplishment that Bob gained while serving a full career in Naval Aviation has served him well in the software development environment.

Bob has been designing and programming business tax software for over 16 years. His extensive knowledge of programming complex tax solutions for our tax products has been the contributing factor for our numerous five-star reviews Andersen received for the FAM product. He developed income tax software at Andersen for twelve years before moving to Vertex Inc. While at Vertex, Bob was a member of the Like Kind Exchange consulting team. He worked closely with IT and tax departments during analysis and implementation phases of LKE projects. These projects typically involve hundreds of thousands of assets and must seamlessly integrate the LKEM software with client accounting or lease management systems. Bob was also a key figure in the LKE software production team where he designed and produced program updates to keep the application compliant with ever changing tax laws.

Bob holds a BA in Political Science from the University of South Dakota and a MA in Management from Central Michigan University.
