Jennifer Nalley, Manager, FAM Product and Services

 Jennifer combines tax technology experience and a client focus to ensure that the FAM product remains a premier fixed assets management solution. Her dedication and commitment ensure that our clients receive superior services. Jennifer oversees all aspects of a client’s FAM experience from implementation, data conversion and training. She also continues to work on the development of the Fixed Assets Manager product as well as being actively involved with customer support.

Jennifer has over 12 years experience in the software industry. She has held various positions ranging from a Business Analyst and Application Developer in the areas of product development and Architecture. She started in the tax software development business over nine years ago at Arthur Andersen Tax Technology Enterprises. There, she worked as a developer on their partnership,Subchapter S, and corporate income tax products. She transitioned to Vertex in 2002 where she eventually joined the Fixed Assets Manager team where she enhanced the FAM program by developing processes for optimizing program functionality. She also developed designs for increasing program performance. Jennifer also assisted with supporting the LKEM clients.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Florida.
